Hi, everybody.
- Nice to see you.

- Today, you are my students.
We have two frittatas coming.
- One of my daughter's favorite dishes is frittata.
This is gonna be the first dish I teach her how to cook.
- Start with just cracking the eggs.
Smack it right in the middle.
That's it.
Look at you cracking those eggs.
(Cathy and Lidia chuckling) Add a little salt, give it a mix and we'll soak the bread.
- [Ahsha] I learned a new trick today.
- [Lidia] I think you all have potential here.
- I like my vegetables a little more finer cut.
- [Lydia] See, it's a question of what you like, you know?
- Yeah.
- I am very proud of you.
So now we're gonna turn to the stoves.
Olive oil.
That's great.
Now we're gonna put some onions.
Do you want a little protein in there?
- [Cathy] Yeah, we'll put a little protein in there.
- Okay.
I'm gonna add a little bit of salt.
- [Cathy] That smells good already.
I like all the vegetables.
Throw it all in there.
Lovely.
- Everything will be toasted and it'll be delicious.
Put it all around.
- Okay.
- Now I don't want the fire too high, but you want to solidify it.
- Kind of solid on the bottom.
- Exactly.
- Thank you!
- Good job.
Good job.
- I'm ready.
- Okay.
- [Ahsha] Yeah, let's have a vegetarian water.
- [Lidia] Okay.
Just like that.
- Mmm!
- To add some nice color.
- There we go.
- Like that.
- I like it.
- Isn't it nice?
Endless what you can put in a frittata.
- Browning on the bottom.
- Yes.
- Take it and put it right into the oven.
- Perfecto.
- Bravo.
- I wanna to taste this frittata.
- Absolutely.
- [Geoffrea] Mmm, that looks yummy.
- [Cathy] I have to try it 'cause I made it.
- [Lidia] Okay.
- [Ahsha] I want the one that we made together.
- Ah, the vegetarian one.
- Good.
- Bon appetito, everybody.
- Okay.
- Thank you.
- Wonderful.
- Good work, team.
- Look how nice and golden it is on the bottom.
- I know.
- Is it good?
