Prior to joining the Department, Mr. Harris served as a Professor of Law at New York Law School and Director of its Labor & Employment Law Programs. Prior to his work at the New York Law School, Mr. Harris served for seven years at the Department of Labor during the Clinton Administration, under Robert Reich and Alexis Herman.
