The Shining Stars Talent Show is a new program from the Bill Riley Talent Show for people up to age 30 who have special needs. The 1st round of this competition took place on May 11 at Iowa Public Television’s Maytag Auditorium where 20 participants competed. Ten were selected to advance to the Iowa State Fair. IPTV’s 30-min program features highlights from the finalists’ performances at the fair.
